Jazz Jam

"Every Which Way" is a contemporary jazz band led by guitarist Harsh Shandilya, based in Basel, Switzerland. Originally from India, Harsh is currently pursuing his Masters at the Jazzcampus in Basel. The band was formed to realize his compositions, which incorporate sounds reminiscent of his homeland. Many rhythmic and melodic ideas subtly reference the memories of the chaotic beauty close to home. While Harsh uses jazz as the foundation of his music, he strives to build his own artistry and aesthetic palette.
